Bite of the Day: Film Frenzy [Black Button]

In honor of Pangea Day on May 10, 2008 we would like to share with our readerfans, a few short films - presented as a Film Frenzy with a short film everyday until May 10, 2008 [we hope] - that are sure to pull your socks up! (We don’t like the other cliche, something about cold feet). In 2006, filmmaker Jehane Noujaim won the TED Prize, an annual award granted at the TED Conference. She was granted $100,000, and more important, a wish to change the world. Her wish was to create a day in which the world came together through film. Pangea Day grew out of that wish. Watch Jehane Noujaim’s 2006 acceptance speech now.

For our readerfans who are unaware of TED.com, that is unfortunate. See how much The Speach Pit is already doing for you? Enjoy!
